Situated 50 kilometres south of Bergerac in the heart of rural south west France, Lauzel is a 7 bedroom luxury estate with private infinity pool, tennis court and working vineyard set on 40 acres of rolling countryside.
The Accommodation
Rooms
7 bedrooms comfortably accommodate 14 people in 2 separate stone houses:
The Barn: 3 doubles and 1 twin with 2 bathrooms.
The Little House: 1 Ensuite, 1 Double and 1 Twin with 1 additional bathroom.
There is also a large shower room in the pigeonnier.
Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking and complete privacy.
Amenities
Hard tennis Court, private infinity pool, table tennis, croquet, boules, working vineyard, Weber BBQ, firepit, fast internet, English and French satellite television, 3 lakes and many manicured acres to roam freely. Fresh eggs from Lauzel's chickens and plenty of fruit to pick will complete a magical French holiday.
Rates
€1500 - €5595 per week. Private chef, local artisanal food deliveries, yoga, massage, bike hire, restaurant reservations and many other local activities can be arranged. There is also a large converted barn available for events.
7 night minimum from June 5th - September 25th 2022 and
May 21st - September 24th 2023.
For shorter stays at other times and for smaller parties, please be sure to ask.
The owner is not on site during your stay.
